Windows 10 file download progress not showing

10 months ago I can barely make out the "Show All" button on the right end of the bar. It isn't happening on any of my other machines and I'm syncing everything across. for the alternative downloads screen (which also shows download progress) at least until Google Chrome Will Support Windows 7 After End of Life.
